Silver Moon Music

Silver Moon Music was established in 1987 as Silver Moon Compact Discs located on North May Avenue in Oklahoma City. In the early 90s the business evolved into a mailorder company that specialized in hard-to-find and collectible music titles from around the world. At the same time a prescence was created on the world wide web that has been maintained to this day.

In 1998 Medicine Park Recordings was established to release original material from the Silver Moon web site. Three releases quickly ensued over the next few years. In late 2010 Silver Moon collaborated with Moogy Klingman and financed the release of the early 1970s live CD Utopian Dreams by Moogy & the Rhythm Kings.

Presently Silver Moon Music is not active in maintaining a current inventory of new releases but still offers for sale two of the original Medicine Park Recordings and the Utopian Dreams CD in the Curiosity Shop.
